Shipping & Payment Policy

At ICCHA, we currently ship orders within India through registered courier companies.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within India are generally delivered within 6–8 business days. The estimated delivery date will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and other factors affecting transportation.

Courier deliveries are generally made Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST. Business days are calculated excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will generally be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery Delays

The delivery date provided at the time of order confirmation is an estimate only. Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier or transporter delays, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

ICCHA shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by such circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on the product's size, volume, packaging requirements, and delivery destination.

The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping of Products

Orders are processed from our warehouse and shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including the correct PIN code and mobile number.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, the applicable tracking or consignment number will be provided to you.

You may use the tracking details to track your shipment through the respective courier company's website. Where available, tracking information may also be accessible through your ICCHA account.

Delivery Attempts

The courier company may make up to three delivery attempts.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the complete address, PIN code, and active mobile number, to help ensure successful delivery.
