At ICCHA, we currently deliver orders across India through registered courier services.

We carefully process and dispatch orders from our warehouse to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 6–8 business days from processing.

The estimated delivery date will be provided during order confirmation.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances affecting transportation.

Delivery Hours

Courier deliveries are generally made:

Monday – Saturday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Delivery may be affected by Sundays, public holidays, weather conditions, strikes, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges depend on factors such as:

  • Product size
  • Product volume
  • Packaging requirements
  • Delivery destination

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are processed from our warehouse and shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

If you place an order after 3:00 PM on Friday, processing will generally continue from the following Monday.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, applicable tracking information will be provided.

You can use the tracking details to follow your shipment through the respective courier service.

Delivery Attempts

The courier company may make up to three delivery attempts.

To avoid delivery issues, please make sure that your:

  • Name
  • Complete delivery address
  • PIN code
  • Mobile number

are accurate and up to date.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges or other consequences may apply.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier or transporter delays
  • Strikes
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

The delivery timeline provided at checkout should therefore be considered an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
